Refund policy

SWMR offers store credit for change of mind, size change and style change.  Please note:

  • You are required to provide proof of purchase
  • Products are to have been purchased within 60 days prior to the request for store credit
  • Products must be in their original condition and not have been used, worn, damaged, tampered with, washed and/or altered
  • Products must be in their original undamaged packaging with all product tags and hygiene liner still intact
  • Customers must complete and send back the return and exchange form

Return packages must be shipped using a traceable method (tracking number).  SWMR is not responsible for any lost or damaged items when returning.

Customers are responsible for paying all shipping costs when returning.

SWMR does not offer returns on sale items.  Orders placed using a discount code are eligible for return.

Please note all SWMR items are thoroughly checked before dispatch but in the unfortunate event a fault is found, a full refund including any shipping charges will be provided.  Please note we do not provide refunds for general wear and tear.  Refunds are processed using the same payment method you used during checkout and may take up to 7 business days to clear.
