Returns & Exchanges

SWMR offers exchanges for change of mind, size change and style change.  Please note:

• You are required to provide proof of purchase
• SWMR offers a 14-day return policy on our swimwear.  The 14-day return window begins on the date of your carrier-confirmed delivery.
• Products must be in their original condition and not have been used, worn, damaged, tampered with, washed, and/or altered
• Products must be in their original undamaged packaging with all product tags and hygiene liner still intact

To initiate a return, email hello@swmr.co with your order number and reason for return.  If you are looking to exchange, please specify the size, colour and style you would like to exchange for.

Please note all SWMR items are thoroughly checked before dispatch but in the unfortunate event a fault is found, a full refund will be provided.  Please note we do not provide refunds for general wear and tear.  Refunds are processed using the same payment method you used during checkout and may take up to 7 business days to clear.

Customers are responsible for paying all shipping costs for returns and exchanges.

Return packages must be shipped using a traceable method (tracking number).  SWMR is not responsible for any lost or damaged items when returning.
